How it works
The enGreen TCS Water Chemistry Monitoring & Control System is built on an SS316 base board. A pH sensor, a conductivity sensor and a turbidity sensor sit in a flow cell, followed by a glycol refractometer that reads refractive index. A water chemistry controller collects the readings, and quick disconnect couplings at the inlet and outlet connect the skid to the loop.
Role in the system
- 1.Continuous coolant quality readings in one place
- 2.Glycol concentration check by refractive index
- 3.Controller for alarms and data to the monitoring system
