How it works
The Taloar IDCV100C-S4 is a DN20 to DN50 tri-clamp valve (ISO 2852) for cold-plate liquid cooling. The valve sits on the return line and a temperature and pressure sensor on the supply line, so it measures flow, temperature difference, pressure, differential pressure and energy. It can hold a minimum temperature difference, applies a differential pressure function so every cabinet gets enough flow, and keeps its position or moves to a preset opening when the signal is lost. Settings are made over Bluetooth or remotely, and data goes out over Modbus RTU/TCP, MQTT or analog signals.
Role in the system
- 1.Flow control per cabinet with ±2% flow measurement
- 2.Temperature difference limiting for chiller-plant efficiency
- 3.Energy, flow, temperature and pressure data to the BMS or platform
