How it works
Grooved and flanged butterfly valves with gear operators or supervisory switches serve fire mains and large chilled-water headers. Resilient-seated gate valves isolate plant and risers, and bronze or brass ball valves cover small-bore plumbing. Selection follows pipe size, pressure class and the approval each system requires.
