How it works
Closed loops are usually treated through a bypass dosing pot that is charged manually and flushed into the circuit. Open condenser-water loops with cooling towers need continuous treatment, typically a chemical tank with a metering pump controlled by timer, water meter or conductivity, often paired with automatic bleed-off.
Role in the system
