How it works
Sponge rubber balls slightly larger than the tube bore are injected into the condenser water upstream of the chiller. They wipe the inside of each tube as they pass, are caught by a strainer at the outlet and returned for the next cycle. Cleaning runs on a schedule, so fouling never builds up between manual brushings.
